At PUFFLE, we are dedicated to creating bags that are practical, stylish, and environmentally responsible. However, if your purchase arrives with a defect, we are here to assist you.
Return Period
All products are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached. In addition, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@getpuffle.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away at support@getpuffle.com. If it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, returns are free of charge.
